The yard is in Holbeck, about a mile south-west of Leeds city centre and just off the M621 at Junction 2. Come off onto the Ingram Distributor and then onto Ingram Road. Full routes from around the city are on the Leeds storage page.

Can I visit before you open?

Not at the moment, and the reason is boring rather than obstructive: it is an active construction site with groundworks in progress, so there is nothing to show you and a hard hat requirement to go with it. Once the hardstanding is down and the first containers are craned in, we will put photos up and registered members see them first. If you have a specific reason to come — a business needing to check access for an artic, say — email us and we will work something out nearer the time.

About Qube Self Storage

Qube Self Storage Ltd is building a single drive-up container storage yard in Holbeck, Leeds. One site, run by the people who own it, rather than a branch of a national chain. The plot is secured and cleared, groundworks are underway, and the containers, smart locks and ANPR gates go in after that. Company registration and VAT details will be published here and in the footer once incorporation completes.

Common questions

Do you have a phone number?
Not yet. Rather than route a number to a voicemail nobody is sitting behind, we are waiting until the site is staffed — that will be around opening, in autumn 2026. Email reaches us properly in the meantime.
Are you taking bookings?
No — there is nothing to book until we open. What you can do is register your interest, which reserves founding-member terms and puts you first in line when units are allocated.
I registered — when will I hear from you?
You will get build updates in the meantime, and the rates plus the exact opening date before they go public. If you have not had anything and think you should have, email info@qubeselfstorage.co.uk.
Can I get a quote now?
